The invention concerns a disc-shaped token (42) comprising two half-discs (10 and 12) in mutual contact via an axial spacing ring (14) attached to the support half-disc (10). The ring (14) comprises projections (28) co-operating with a closing ring (32) attached to the upper half-disc (12). The half-disc (10) has an inner central zone (20) receiving an electronic identifying device (24) and a peripheral antenna (26). The half-discs (10 and 12) made of rigid and injection-moulded plastic mutually attached at the periphery by a hinge (40), are closed on each other and made integral by a plastic joint (18) injected on the edge of the token in a peripheral ring-shaped zone (16) located between the two half-discs (10 and 12).
