PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to arbitrarily control temperature, pressure and density while grasping a reaction process and to effectively obtain highly precise reaction. SOLUTION: In this reactor, a reaction space 16 is formed in a sealed vessel 1 by a cylindrical-bottomed bellows 14 operated by the pressure of an external pressure medium of a booster 38. Furthermore, the reactor is equipped with a sensor 25 for detecting the position of a moving part thereof, a sensor 23 for measuring the temperature of the reaction space, an electric furnace 2 for subjecting the reaction space to temperature control, and a booster 27 of a feed circuit 3 for feeding raw material to the reaction space, and a sealant 20 is provided with a cooling means 21. |
