<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a tape cassette not disturb the rotation of reels, in a tape cassette wherein a tape-like magnetic recording medium is housed, by improving its reel housing mechanism housed in the tape cassette. SOLUTION: In the tape cassette 1a, the reels, on which tape-like magnetic recording media are wound, are housed and combined in an upper half and a lower half, then the reel holding means 13 are furnished at the upper half side for preventing the floating up of the reels and also reel plates abutting on the reel holding means 13 are furnished at the reel side. In this case, protrusions are arranged in the reel holding means 13 at least on three places with specified spaces, of the surface of the side abutting on the reel plates 11.</p> |
