<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To activate the brain of a person by removing a self-leaning function which is self-defensive against a negative factor for the person himself. SOLUTION: A brain activating device is composed of a microphone 2 for inputting voices of a user himself, a voice processing part 3 for synthesizing an audible high frequency wave signal d2 at 4,000Hz, from a voice electric signal d1 delivered from the microphone 2 and for delivering the same as a brain activating signal d3, an audio-converter 4 for converting the brain activating signal d3 into an audible sound for allowing the ears of the user who inputs his voice into the microphone 2 to precise the sound. Accordingly, it can exhibit an effect for curing a stress.</p> |
