PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize a transferrin receptor (TfR) used for a reagent for measuring the TfR in blood, which is an indicator of a cancer, a hematopoietic system, etc., by adding an albumin and saccharides to the TfR, a transferrin-TfR complex, etc. SOLUTION: The objective transferrin receptor (TfR) used as a standard material, etc., for immunological analysis of the TfR in blood which is an indicator of a cancer, a hematopoietic system, etc., is stabilized so that reliability as the standard material may be improved by preventing the decrease of a measured value of the TfR accompanied by refrigeration and defrost, by formulating TfR or a transferrin-TfR complex (TRC) with an albumin such as bovine serum albumin, and saccharides such as sucrose, fructose, lactose, maltose and trehalose, forming the formulated materials into a liquid by adding a physiological saline or a buffer thereto, regulating the pH of the solution so as to be 6-9, and further, regulating the concentration of the albumin so as to be 0.5-30% W/V. |
