<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a light-weight plastic molding with a beautiful design formed on the surface by laminating a transfer layer or an insert sheet integrally on the surface of the moldings comprising a mixture of paper powder dispersed and mixed with a resin component at a specific ratio. SOLUTION: A decorating sheet is placed in an injection mold, then a mixture of 140-140wt.% of paper powder dispersed and mixed with a resin component is thermally melted and molded by injection into the mold. Consequently, a monolithic laminate of the decorating sheet and the mixture is obtained after cooling. The decorating sheet to be used is a transfer material or an insert sheet. The paper powder is crossings of papers including used ones. A crusher is used for crushing the paper, and a kneader is used for mixing the resin component with the paper powder and kneading these materials for uniform dispersion after adding the latter to the heat softened former. The kneaded mixture is pelltized or formed into a chip as a molding material.</p> |
