SOLUTION: A bamboo material such as a ground bamboo, a common Japanese bamboo, a species of thick-stemmed bamboo or the like is baked at high temp. and sufficiently refined to form a hexagonal porous bamboo charcoal 10 and this bamboo carbon 10 is charged in a plurality of adjacent bag parts 13 between surface and back sheet members 12, 11 to form a sheet structure. The bamboo carbon 10 is ground to be formed into a fine power form or formed into a chip shape by slice molding or molded into a putty or paint form. Either one of titanium dioxide, chitosan or silk starch is mixed with the bamboo charcoal power 10. Either one of the surface and back sheet members 12, 11 is constituted of foamed urethane or a nonwoven fabric.
