PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of interference fringes and improve the marring resistance, surface hardness, wear resistance, flexibility, transparency, antistatic properties, dyeability, heat resistance, chemical resistance, tight adhesion, etc., by using a specified silylated substance and specified titanium dioxide/ tin oxide composite colloid particles as the constituents. SOLUTION: At least one silylated substance selected from (partially hydrolyzed) organosilicon compounds of formula I [wherein R<1> and R<3> are each (halogenated) alkyl, (halogenated) aryl, alkenyl, or an organic group having an epoxy, (meth)acryloyl, mercapto, amino, or cyano group and bound to an Si atom through an Si-C bond; R<2> is a 1-8C alkyl, alkoxyalkyl, or acyl; and a and b are each 0 to 2, provided that a+b=(0 to 2)] and formula II (wherein R<4> is a 1-5C alkyl; X is a 1-4C alkyl, or acyl; Y is methylene, or a 2-20C alkylene; and c is 0 or 1), in an amount of 100 pts.wt. is compounded with titanium dioxide/tin oxide composite colloid particles having a primary particle diameter of 2-20nm, in an amount of 1-500 pts.wt., preferably 100-300 pts.wt. |
