<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arbitrarily set the angle of the rotating direction of a head, to obstruct the movement in the rotating direction of the head after fixation and to strongly connect the head and an implant main body in an implant constitution body provided with an angle type head. SOLUTION: The fitting recessed part 15 of the implant main body 10 forms a truncated conical shape for which the diameter of a cross section becomes smaller from the upper part to lower part of the longitudinal axis and the fitting projection part 32 of the head 30 forms the truncated conical shape fittable to the fitting recessed part 15 in the truncated conical shape. A connection pin 20 is provided with a tapered part and the connection pin hole 33 of the head 30 is provided with the tapered part 37 corresponding to the tapered part 26 of the connection pin 20. When the head 30 is fixed to the implant main body 10 by the connection pin 20, the fitting recessed part 15 and the fitting projection part 32 are fitted and the tapered part 26 of the connection pin 20 is integrated with the tapered part 37 of the connection pin hole 33 in an abutted and pressurized state.</p> |
