<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of parts and cost and make a check valve compact by providing a cylindrical packing ring provided with a collar part on a front side and a cylindrical valve seat body provided with a collar part on a rear side and seating a valve body which can come into contact with the valve seat body on the valve seat body by an elastic body provided between the valve seat body and the valve body. SOLUTION: A small diameter part 13 of a valve body 4 is inserted into a cylindrical part 10 of a valve seat body 3 so that a valve seat 14 of the valve body 4 is seated on a valve seat 11 of the valve seat body 3, a basic part 15 of an elastic body 5 is brought into contact and matched with a rear side of a collar part 9 of the valve seat body 3, and a tip part 16 of the elastic body 5 is put in a peripheral groove 17 of the valve body 4 to unite the valve seat body 3, the valve body 4, and the elastic body 5 mutually. A front side of a collar part 7 of a packing ring 2 is brought into contact and matched with the basic part 15 of the elastic body 5 to nip the basic part 15 of the elastic body 5 between the collar part 9 of the valve seat body 3 and it. After that, the collar part 7 of the packing ring 2 and the collar part 9 of the valve seat body 3 are nipped by an annular nip body 6 which is externally fitted in the outside of the collar parts 7 and 9 and an inner peripheral groove 21 so that the collar parts 7 and 9 are inserted into the inner peripheral groove 21, thereby completing the assembly of a check valve 1.</p> |
