PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly and easily produce a building panel. SOLUTION: Assembled panels 6 each consisting of a frame member 1 and surface materials 3, 5 assembled on the opposed surfaces of the frame member 1 are placed on a press holder 9 over a plurality of stages and the press holder is floated by the jet devices 10 provided to the bottom surface of the press holder 9 to be moved to the arranging place of an injection machine 12 injecting hard polyurethane by human power and, after hard polyurethane is injected, the press holder is moved by human power to age the polyurethane. This process is successively and continuously performed and hard polyurethane is injected in the gap between the face materials 3, 5 of each of the assembled panel 6 and the surface materials and the frame member are integrally bonded by hard polyurethane foam 7 formed by foaming the hard polyurethane to produce a building panel. |
