PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exact distance measurement result by compensating the weal points of active distance measuring system and passive distance measuring system. SOLUTION: In a hybrid type distance measuring device having an active distance measuring means 1 and a passive distance measuring means 2, active distance measurement and passive distance measurement are optimized corresponding to the conditions of distance measuring object, plural distance measured results are found by executing weighting to these distance measured results, and a distance to the distance measuring object is calculated by selecting any one distance measured result out of these distance measured results. This, the distance the this distance measuring object can be measured, which using an effective distance measuring system, corresponding to the state of this distance measuring object. |
