PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a novel member assembly having a plurality of members having engaging parts constituted so as to be mutually engaged after at least one member is deformed in assembling in which the deformation of both the engaging parts caused by the assembling is prevented without changing the material of the members, and the engaging precision of the engagingly assembled structure can be held. SOLUTION: The mounting of a body 30 consisting of pure Ti or Ti alloy and a reverse lid 40 consisting of stainless steel is performed by the engagement of an inner circumferential engaging part 31 and the outer circumferential engaging part 41a of a protruding piece 41. A glass coating film 30a is formed on the surface of the body 30 to prevent the surface of the soft inner circumferential engaging part 31 from being largely deformed in assembling.
