<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a voltage stably even when a leakage resistance of low impedance is brought about as a result of damaging to a wire coat by rain or the like including an electrolyte, by forming a conductive body set on the insulating wire coat of a wire conductor to be a length not to be affected by the damage, disposing the conductive body opposite to a capacitance voltage divider and coating a surface of the conductive body with an insulating body. SOLUTION: A conductive body 4 is formed on a wire coat 3 provided to surround the periphery of a wire conductor 2. A capacitance voltage divider is arranged to face the conductive body 4, and a surface of the conductive body is covered with an insulating body. When the conductive body 4 is formed in a length not to be affected by damage, even if the wire coat 3 is damaged by rain including salt or the like and a leakage resistance of low impedance is brought about on the wire coat 3 thereby changing the length of the conductive body 4 eventually, a voltage division rate is kept stable and accordingly a voltage can be detected stably even when the wire coat is damaged.</p> |
