PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly execute countermeasure processing for an equipment fault due to a finance automating equipment by outputting an alarm requiring the countermeasure of the fault without starting a succeeding cash transaction even if an inserted card is returned when an equipment fault of occurence frequency exceeding the previously set reference value exist. SOLUTION: When a frequency counting means 12 counts up the occurence frequency of an equipment fault detected by plural fault occurence detection means 11a, 11b,..., a frequent occurence recognizing means 14 stores the counted occurence frequency in a reference value storing means 13. The means 14 compares the counted occurence frequency with a reference value corresponding to the detected equipment fault and judges whether the occurence frequency exceeds the reference value or not. In the case of the equipment fault of which occurence frequency exceeds the reference value, an alarm output means 15 instructs an operation control means 21 not to execute 'autonomous restoring processing' and outputs information indicating the sort of the frequently generated equipment fault and the necessity of its countermeasure to a monitoring terminal equipment connected to the finance automating equipment 20 as an alarm (control signal). |
