PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide inexpensive, compact and lightweight optical radio communication light emission device and its method capable of easily executing positioning and prevented from being easily influenced by an external environment. SOLUTION: The light emission device is provided with an LED array part 11 arranging plural LEDs 15 and a lens array part 13A arranging unit lens parts for controlling beams emitted from respective LEDs 15 by lens action so as to be turned to approximately parallel luminous flux suitable for optical radio communication. A luminous flux regulation part 12A provided with a grating plate material 21A for regulating emitted light by light absorbing action so as not to arrive at a photodetector is arranged between the LED array part 11 and the lens array part 13A. |
