PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce delay at the time of access to a web site by detecting whether or not the server at a request destination of information is busy, allowing a substitute server to refer to a busy server in a processed page, and taking following pages out of the substitute server. SOLUTION: A user accesses desired information 301 through a communication link 310 and inspects whether or not the data server of the information 301 is busy. When the data server is busy, another server substitutes for the starting data server by arbitrary page reference in information sent to the user by using an internal link list of locations of substitute servers. Following pages are taken out of this substitute server and other pieces of information 303, 305, and 307, etc., are accessed. Consequently, the delay at the time of access to a web site can be shortened. |
