PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce communication delay in communication between terminals without using a LAN emulation procedure between with the LAN emulation server(LES). SOLUTION: When a LAN emulation client(LEC) bridge device 1 has received a packet from a terminal A3a, a communication control part 112 detects the reception of the packet, retrieves the terminal information of a transmitting source of the received packet and applies the retrieved result to a terminal information management part 111. The management part 111 checks whether the applied terminal information of the transmitting source has been registered in a terminal information storing part 121 built in a storage device 12 or not, and when the information has not been registered yet, registers the terminal information of a terminal A3a in the storing part 121. Then the control part 112 retrieves whether the terminal information of the transmitted destination having received the packet has been registered in the storing part 121 or not, and when the information has been registered, transmits the packet to a terminal B3b without using the LAN emulation means. |
