PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable gel cassette that can be used for an automatic DNA base arrangement measuring device as a ready-made gel and at the same time, a gel cassette that can mount an upper buffer bath easily and rapidly without using a silicon rubber gasket and can make uniform the thickness of the gel when the upper buffer bath is mounted even when the gel is sandwiched between plastic films. SOLUTION: A cassette is constituted so that polyacrylamido gel can be sandwiched between a rectangle film 1 and a notch film 2 consisting of plastic film. In this case, the notch film 2 at a part where the upper buffer bath is mounted is treated so that the upper buffer bath can be adhered by applying a double-sided tape 5. Also, an opening for transmitting light is provided on the rectangle film 1. |
