A bill conveying system for recovering bills from grouped playing machines (2) installed in a place of amusement, comprises conveyance containers (2900) for conveying bills, a storage unit (6600) for storing bills recovered from the playing machines (2), a recovery conveyance system (6100) for conveying the conveyance containers (2900) in circulation paths for the groups of the playing machines (2) between the groups and the storage unit (6600) to convey the conveyance containers (2900), an air flow generating mechanism (6500) for generating an air flow in the recovery conveyance system (6100) to move the conveyance containers (2900) in the recovery conveyance system (6100), a bill input machine (2700) for inputting bills into the conveyance containers (2900), installed at individual playing machines (2) in the recovery conveyance sytem (6100), a bill ejecting machine (2800) installed at the storage unit (6600) in the recovery conveyance system (6100) for ejecting the bills from the conveyance containers (2900), so as to store the bills in the storage unit (6600), and a control system (CS) for accepting bill recovery request from the playing machines (2) to control the recovery of bills. |
