<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form the pattern with a uniform line width on a board without using any photomask by irradiating a UV ray on the board stuck a UV photo- curing film along a wiring pattern. SOLUTION: The board 4 stuck the UV photo-curing film is vacuum-sucked on a plotting table 3, the plotting head 2 emitting the UV ray is transferred in the X-Y directions, the UV photo-curing film of the board 4 is cured, and the wiring pattern is formed on the board 4. In this case, the transferring speed of the platting head 2 and the light intensity emitted by a light-intensity modulator 10 are synchronized to hold the light exposure of the UV photo-curing film in a constant. Also, the sensor measuring the distance to the board 4 is installed to the plotting head 2, the projector 11 of the picture drawing head 2 is transferred in the Z direction based on the measured result by the sensor, the irradiating diameter of the UV ray on the board 4 is controlled, whereby plotting with the uniform line width is realized.</p> |
