PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extremely facilitate a shifting work between the services as a container holder and as a glove compartment. SOLUTION: A container holding device is provided with a support body 7 and an arm body 8. The support body 7 is mounted on an upper surface of a rear wall part 4c to form a step. The arm body 8 is supported by the support body 7 in the forward and reverse direction, the arm body 8 forms a container holding hole 19 in cooperation with the side of the rear wall part 4c in the reverse posture while it is approximately lapped on an upper edge part of the rear wall part 4c in the forward posture.
