STEEL JOINING METHOD AND PAINT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the joining method for imparting 0.40 friction coefficient to the joined surface of a steel member and a paint for forming the joined surface having such a high friction coefficient. SOLUTION: A paint is provided on the joined surface of a steel member. The paint contains 5-20wt.% binder consisting of an epoxy resin and its curing agent or the binder mixed with an inorg. binder, 50-90wt.% zinc powder or zinc alloy powder the >=50% of which has >=2μm grain diameter and 1-40wt.% pigment. The dried film thickness is controlled to 30-150μm.
