PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quantitative liq. feeder by which a fixed amt. of liq. is supplied with simple control and capable of being immediately operated even after a long suspension. SOLUTION: A level sensor 5b for detecting the level of liq. is provided to a liq. storage tank 5 to keep the liq. level constant in the tank 5, the discharge port 5c of the tank 5 is connected to a constant-volume pump 7, the pump 7 is operated for a specified time by a timer, and a fixed amt. of liq. is supplied. Further, a water tank 9 is furnished adjacent to the tank 5 storing liq., a fixed amt. of liq. is supplied by operating the pump 7 for a specified time by the timer, and then the connecting pipe and the constant-volume pump are cleaned by the water discharged from the water tank. |
