PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize pellets, which are hard to crack and have favorable shape and out of which a molded article of natural color is obtained. SOLUTION: By passing an opened continuous fiber bundle A through a soaking tank 2, a thermoplastic resin emulsion is uniformly and surely adheres to respective monofilaments and then introduced in a heating drier 4 in order to dry and melt the thermoplastic resin emulsion. The resin coated continuos fiber bundle B is axially twisted with a twister 5 so as to prevent the coated thermoplastic resin from separating in order to cut the twisted continuos fiber bundle C after a cooler 12 with a pelletizer 14 into a predetermined length for obtaining pellets P. By mixing the pellets P with a matrix resin, a molding composition is prepared. |
