PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide compound writing utensils equipped with a plurality of ballpoint pen writing members whose ink containing pipes are large and non- deformable and whose writing tips are capable of smoothly sticking out and retracting, and having no possibility of staining clothes, etc. SOLUTION: A clip 39 having a locking step 40b formed at its forward end is provided on one side of an outer peripheral portion of an operating body rotatably disposed to a casing 30. Further, ballpoint pen writing members are inserted into the casing so as to be movable only in the direction of the casing with respect to the casing, and return springs 42a, 42b for urging the respective ballpoint pen writing members rearwardly are disposed between a step provided in the rear of a top end port of the casing and a forward end of each ink containing pipe. Slidable protrusions 6a, 6b integrally provided at a substantially rear end of an ink containing portion are engaged with a cam slant face 35 of a cylindrical cam and, by rotating the operating body with respect to the casing at a forward movement position of the cylindrical cam, writing tips of the respective ballpoint pen writing members can alternately stick out from and retract into a top end port of the casing. |
