PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid harmful noise and abrasion generated in an engagement conversion operation by forming an angle which is shallower than a flank which extends at a comparatively steep angle with a rotational plane and is opposed for torque transmission by a return lamp and the rotational plane of each clutch part. SOLUTION: A flank 50 forms an angleαwith a rotational plane 42 which is orthogonally crossed with the rotary shaft line of an intermediate shaft. The flank 50 is connected with an engagement transfer area 52 and the engagement transfer area 52 is located in almost parallel to the end face of a spur gear 21a. Next, the engagement transfer area 52 is connected with the return lamp 51 and the return lamp 51 forms an angleβwhich is shallower than then angleαwith the rotational plane 42. When lock is generated in a preparing hole bit, the flank 50 of an engagement projection 28 slides along the flank of the engagement projection and an engagement disk is axially shifted against spring force of a pressing spring according to the sliding.
