PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply an electronic component for IC card with a sheet for IC card at an accurate position with a simple structure by transferring the electronic component for IC card bonded to a component supplying medium to a sheet for IC card to supply the electronic component for IC card with the sheet for IC card. SOLUTION: A sheet web 13 for IC card has an adhesion member having higher adhesion than an adhesion part of the weblike component supply sheet 33 at a surface thereof. When the electronic component 18 for IC card on the weblike component supply sheet 33 is subjected a contact bonding to a surface of a sheet web 13 for IC card, the electronic component 18 for IC card is transferred from the weblike component supply sheet 33 to a sheet web 13 for IC card to be adhered to a surface of the sheet web 13 for IC card by a difference of adhesion between the weblike component supply sheet 33 and the sheet web 13 for IC card. In this manner, the electric component 18 for IC card is supplied from the weblike component supply sheet 33 to the sheet web 13 for IC card.
