PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to surely and smoothly remove a used injection needle and mass-produce it at a low cost, by elastically supporting a syringe main body push-up part so that it is rotationally moved to a syringe removal part side with its one side as a fulcrum. SOLUTION: When a needle part 16 of a used injection needle 12 is inserted in an injection needle removal hole 21 and pushed therein strongly downward, a syringe main body push-up part 3 compresses a coil spring 5 so as to rotationally move downward with a fulcrum 32 of one side set to the center. Whole of the hub 15 and the needle part 15 forcedly push each split groove 22 open and forcedly inserts therein. When the fore is loosened, the syringe main body push-up part 3 is rotationally moved upward by the spring force of the coil spring 5. Each split groove 22 is closed, a flange 15a is locked to the injection needle removal hole 21, the syringe main body 11 is in an inclined attitude, a prying force to remove the injection needle 11 is generated, the used injection needle is surely and smoothly removed, and the injection needle 12 is stored in a storage part 1 for disposing safely. |
