PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an easily handleable packing by forming polyolefin resin layers on both sides of an oxygen-absorbing layer. SOLUTION: This packing comprises polyolefin resin layers formed on both sides of an oxygen-absorbing layer contg. a mixture of gallic acid and sodium carbonate. The polyolefin resin layer has a thickness of about 30-100μm and a water vapor permeability of about 10-50g/m<2> /day and comprises a polyolefin resin having an m.p. of 130 deg.C of lower and a density of 0.90-0.92g/cm<3> and selected from among low-density polyethylene, a mixture of low-density polyethylene and an ethylene-propylene copolymer, etc. The oxygen-absorbing layer has a thickness of 100-300μm and comprises 100 pts.wt. polyolefin resin and 30-50 pts.wt. oxygen absorber comprising gallic acid and sodium carbonate in a ratio of (1/1)-(1/2). Gallic acid reacts with sodium carbonate to form carbon dioxide, giving a foamed sheet. |
