PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sufficient vibration control performance even when a structure is provided with an actuator, a pressure receiving chamber, and an auxiliary liquid chamber. SOLUTION: A leaf spring 24 is nipped between a lower frame 12 placed on a car body 16 and an outer cylinder metal fitting 26 and an electromagnet 50 is mounted on the lower frame 12. A pressure receiving liquid chamber 44 is arranged at the upper part of the leaf spring 24. A through-hole 52 is formed in the side of the outer cylinder metal fitting 26 and an elastic substance 28 part corresponding thereto and one end side of a round pipe member 54 is securely engaged with a through-hole 52. A liquid chamber forming part 54A having diameter larger than that of the body part of the round pipe member 54 is formed on the other end side of the round pipe member 54, and the opening end part of the liquid chamber constituting part 54A is sealed by a diaphragm 34. A space in the liquid chamber forming part 54A forms an auxiliary liquid chamber 46. |
