PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly position an insert the end part of an operation suture into a needle regardless of its types, by providing hardening parts with a hardener in an operation suture at prescribed intervals and constituting the hardening parts so that it is cut by a cutting means. SOLUTION: The assembling device for operational suture needle is provided with a cutting means for cutting an operation suture S, a suture feeding means for matching the end of the operation suture S with the hole part of the suture needle, and a calking means which calks the rear end part of the suture needle and fixes the operation suture S in such a state as inserting the operation suture S in the hole part of the suture needle by a positioning means and a suture feeding means. Hardening parts Sk by hardener are provided in the operation suture at prescribed intervals so that the hardening parts Sk are constituted to be cut by the cutting means. The end of the operation suture thus becomes the hardening part Sk so that its insertion into the hole part of the suture needle can be facilitated, the cut end part is smoothly positioned and inserted in the hole part, and relatively soft operation suture such as a netted suture can be excellently calked regardless of the material quality. |
