PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new ultrasonic contrast medium whose lifetime up to disappearance in a human body is long, and an ultrasonic camera system therewith which is suitable for a long-time measurement or observation. SOLUTION: The two-dimensional array wave-transmitting/receiving unit 1 is operated via an electronic device 2 supporting it. The image display unit 3 displays an image focused onto a part desired to see along a specific distance (depth)(a liver in this case) under a well-known technique, for instance, a return- way transmission method via a range-gated holographic method, e.g. an orthographic method. Under this state, either body fluid containing a contrast medium or where it is distributed into parenchymatous tissues 7, can be observed in a part of the ducts 5, cavities 6 and so forth. Because of the transmission method, the contrast medium whose diameter is less than 2μm, safer than the usual one and mainly to represent an absorption loss, can be used to image its distribution.
