PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and securely insert coated optical fibers into an SZ groove. SOLUTION: First, a program, which calculates the angle (α+β), the sum of the phase angle β of the SZ groove 2 which is approaching a falling point P and the angle α of insertion and inclination formed between the coated optical fibers 3 directed to the point P from described distributing fiber holes of a distributing fiber plate 5 and the center axis fiber of a filamentary body 1 with the SZ groove, is formed. Next, the coated optical fibers 3 are fallen into the SZ groove 2 by rotating the distributing fiber plate 5 in accordance with the program. |
