PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor storage device having a plurality of power source lines and capable of controlling connection/disconnection for these lines. SOLUTION: This device includes power source lines 3, 5 and a power source switching circuit 7 and, according to a signalϕsupplied to the power source switching circuit 7, the power source lines 3, 5 are connected/disconnected from each other. Here, the signalϕis made active when a sense amplifier is inactive or in a test mode and, in this case, a power source is strengthened by connection between the power source lines 3, 5.
