PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out a countermeasure for treating water in dust and functional processes and lower the number of the processes by separating supplied dust into ferric dust and dust except the ferric dust by steam and then sorting the dust based on the size. SOLUTION: A process 1 to measure a prescribed amount of dust and cut out the dust is carried out at first, a process 2 to dry the dust by steam is then carried out, and after that a magnetic sorting process 3 to sort ferric dust and dust except the ferric dust and a sieving process 4 to sort the dust based on the large size and the small size are successively carried out. Next, dust with a large size is crushed by a process 5 and then sorted 6 into light weight dust such as urethane and fibers and dust except the light weight dust by a vertical type sorting apparatus and then in a non-ferric material sorting process 7, iron and aluminum dust are sorted and removed and the remaining rubber and plastics are melted and solidified into mass or granules with proper size. The dust with small size of the sorted dust in the sieving process 4 is separated into rubber, plastics and glasses in the sorting process 8 and the rubber, plastics are melted and solidified and as a result, a countermeasure for water contained in the dust can be carried out and the function and the precision of each process is heightened and the number of the processes can be lessened. |
