PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure the accurate moving distance and prevent erroneous measurement by judging the go or no-go the movement by a go/no-go judging means for the start of the movement at the starting time of the measurement of a moving speed and the moving distance. SOLUTION: A running-pitch detecting means 101 has a pitch sensor 1011 such as a piezoelement, an amplifier circuit 1012, a filter 1013 for removing high frequencies, a rectangular-wave converting circuit 104 for converting the output of the filter to the rectangular wave and the like. The output of the rectangular-wave converting circuit 104 is connected to a CPU 103. The CPU 103 performs the operation such as pitch measurement in accordance with the contents of a programmed ROM 105. When the running distance and the running-speed-measurement starting signal are inputted from an input circuit 107, the go/no-go judging means for the start of the movement judges the go/no- go of the start of the movement. For example, when the pitch signal by the body movement is recognized before the initial position is measured, the CPU 103 operates an alarm driving circuit 110, sounds a buzzer 111 and performs the stop display on a display panel 109. |
