PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve facilitation and sureness of the mounting work of an air bag lid on the opening of an installment panel and expand opening area of the air bag lid so as to prevent swelling of a swelling air bag within a compartment at the time of the swelling operation of the air bag. SOLUTION: An air bag lid 15 is connected with a lid bracket 34, the air bag lid 15 is fixed to a panel bracket 32 provided on the rear surface of an installment panel 11 from the surface side of the installment panel 11 via a lid bracket 34 and next, an air bag module main body 12 is fixed to the panel bracket 32 from the rear surface side of the installment panel 11. Further, a collar piece 19 in which a locking hole 20 is punched on the rear surface side is projectingly provided on the air bag lid 15. In the lid bracket 34, insertion space in which the collar piece 19 can be inserted and a cutting lifting pawl which is restrained by the locking hole 20 of the collar piece 19 inserted into insertion space are formed.
