<p>Bobbin hanger for a fine spinning frame or a roving frame, comprises an inner tube, a sleeve fitted concentrically with the inner tube so as to slide relatively to the inner tube. The inner tube is provided with a pair of paws at the lower end and the paws are fitted on a pin so as to swing around it. The sleeve with thick and thin parts is provided with slits, at the position corresponding to the paws, and a pin to push the paws open, the sleeve is always pushed downward by a pressing means, a bobbin or collar pushes the sleeve in contact with the shoulder of the thick part of the sleeve. The inner tube and sleeve are connected by a connecting means, the sleeve is retained at the upper or lower end of its movement. The paws are opened to each other when the sleeve is retained at the upper position, and closed into the inner tube when the sleeve is at the lower position.</p> |
