<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically collect the value of rolling time when rolling is executed by utilizing various control signals of a rolling mill and measurement data in the rolling mill. SOLUTION: When all of that the rolling speed detected with a device for detecting rolling speed is not less than a preset value, a signal detected with a device for detecting tension signal on the coiling side of a material 4 to be rolled is in the state where tension acts, signal detected with rolling pressures of the rolling rolls to the material 4 to be rolled is in the state where the rolling pressures act are formed, it is judged that the material 4 to be rolled is rolled with the mill the material 4 to be rolled and, by intrgrating the values of times when these conditions are formed with a working result collecting device 14, the rolling time is calculated.</p> |
