The present invention refers to a disjunctor of the auto-insufflation type comprising a compression chamber (18) formed by a pressure wall of a semi-mobile piston (11), first means for immobilizing the piston during a first part of the opening displacement of the mobile contact assembly, and second means for axially displacing the piston with the mobile contact assembly during a second part of this same displacement. According to the invention, - the piston (11) includes a cylindrical guide part (11B), jointly involved with this wall (11A), - the first means comprising a stop organ (20) placed between the end of the guide part (11A) of the piston (11) and a fixed retention piece (21) this stop organ (20) being hidden or foldable, - the second means comprising an arrangement for folding the stop organ, acting in the end from the first part of the displacement.
