The vehicle comprises a chassis (1) with two handles (6,6'). There are two identical wheels (8,8') each mounted on an arm (7,7') one end of which is articulated on the chassis. The arms are displaceable between positions in which the wheels are joined together side by side, to form a single wheel barrow, or separated to form a two wheeled cart. The chassis is constituted by two lateral tubular beams (2,2') able to receive the support for a load. These beams are extended rearward to form the handles and joined on the side (3) opposite the handles to support two articulation axles (4,4') on which the wheel support arms are pivoted.
