The support which enables plastic bags to be suspended by their handles and used as dustbin bags is obtained by folding a single metallic wire. It comprises three U=shaped elements which are located so as to hold the bag widely open. It consists of two small loops (1,1') which are screwed to a vertical plane. The two loops are extended by two downwards directed vertical segments (2,2') which serve as a support on the vertical surface. These two segments are followed by two more segments (3,3') disengaged from the support plane and directed downwards in order to enable the rear edge of the bag to slide there. The latter two segments are followed by two semi-circles (4,4') both extended by two further upwards directed vertical segments (5,5').
