The invention refers to a regulating valve designed especially to regulate pressure in fuel oil pipes through direct activation by the pressure of the fluid circulating through the pipe. According to the invention, the fuel oil pressure regulating valve is equipped with an activating servo motor (A) with a piston (9), and a system for the continuous circulation of the fuel oil in the impulse connection (15) that is made up of an impurity filter (16), an inductor valve (17) and an outlet (18) for discharging the fuel oil towards the valve exit pipe. This allows the fuel oil in the impulse circuit to be maintained in a fluid state, with an increased level of sensitivity for the regulation.
