SYNERGISTIC BLENDS OF POLYETHYLENES EXHIBITING ENHANCED GLOSS PROPERTIES

Blends of at least two polyethylenes are described for extrusion coatings, blown films and cast films. The gloss exhibited by such coatings or films is surprisingly higher than would be expected from a linear combination of the at least two components and in some cases is even higher than the gloss of the individual components.
