The method for recovering and rejuvenation of the skin structure and muscles of the neck-face area consisting of drifting the natural cosmetic oil on the preliminarily cleaned skin, the influencing over the skin with massage rods by touching motions, the influence is carried out on each half of the neck-face area separately by means of consecutive transference of one or two massage rods upwards over outmeridian and meridian acupuncture points, over outmeridian and meridian acupuncture points and massage lines, or over massage lines in turn, in any combination during 15-45 minutes, using rods made from material with properties of elastic strains, which provides the influence by microcurrent 1-10 mkA. Massage lines are chosen according to the skin features after the influence the medical light irradiation is carried out, and then the fixing cosmetic manual massage is carried out. The method can be used for any type of skin with the marked complex medical effect.
