Fuel proportioner regulation method especially for Diesel engines

The method employs control impulses (AS) for a magnetic valve. It can regulate start or end of the fuel proportioning. An angular value (A) and a hysteresis value (H) are used to provide a corrected angular value (A*). The number of increments (INKA*) beginning with the corrected angular value, can be calculated. The residual angle (RWA*) is calculated, using the angular value and the number of increments. The corrected angular value is calculated by addition of angular and hysteresis values. The hysteresis value is calculated dependant upon the position of the corrected angular value within an increment.
