A pouch (120) of flexible plastic sheet material (122) has an internal chamber (126) holding a liquid (127). The plastic sheet material (122A, 122B) above the liquid is in a collapsed position to allow expansion and movement of the liquid in the chamber and permit an elongated tubular extractor (134) located within the chamber to be forced through a portion (135) of the plastic sheet material so that the liquid within the chamber can be withdrawn through the tubular extractor (134).
