<p>PURPOSE:To reduce a distance between band-shaped electrodes of first and second electrode layers and increase displacement with respect to a drive voltage by disposing said first electrode layer band-shaped electrode between the band- shaped electrodes of the second electrode layer and connecting the both to the same external common electrode. CONSTITUTION:Metal paste is printed on one surfaces of piezoelectric ceramics green sheets 1, 2 before sintering to form electrode layers. Pluralities of the piezoelectric ceramic sheets 1, 2 are positioned and integrally laminated, and thereafter sintered. Metal paste is applied on opposite side surfaces of the paired laminated layers such that those side surfaces are connected with the band- shaped electrodes 11, 12 whereby an external common electrode is formed, and thereafter the external common electrode is baked. Prior to the sintering of the paired laminates metal paste may be applied on opposite side surfaces of the laminates such that the opposite side surfaces are connected with the band-shaped electrodes 11, 12 whereby an external common electrode may be formed, and thereafter the paired laminates and the external common electrodes may simultaneously be sintered.</p> |
