SUBSTANCE: fruit wine drink contains sea buckthorn and apple fortified juices, grape wine material, pine-apple essence, sugar syrup, vanillin, color and aqueous-alcoholic liquid at the following ratio of ingredients, vol.% per 1000 dal of prepared product: grape wine material, not less 10.0; sea buckthorn fortified juice, 25.0-30.0; apple fortified juice or concentrated juice, 10.0; sugar syrup, 6.75; color per 1000 dal of blend, 0.002; vanillin 1:100, 0.03; pine-apple essence, 0.05; aqueous-alcoholic liquid, the balance. EFFECT: higher organoleptical properties due to complex pine-apple-sea buckthorn aroma with vanilla tone. |
